Day of Treatment:
Pre-Spray Preparations:
• Remove toys from lawn or corral in one central area
• Coil up or remove garden hoses
• Remove hanging laundry and pool towels
• Close car windows and sun roofs
• Prepare to close house windows, garage doors, and turn off air conditioning
• Not necessary to cover pools
• Identify Hazards: vegetable gardens and water features with fish require our attention
Due to the process of the barrier spray and the possible residual dispersed into the wind we ask you close your windows and turn off your air conditioning during the spraying of your property. Once we have completed you may open your windows, however we ask you and your pets to remain off the lawn for an hour after the treatment to allow the spray to dry.
If you are having this spray completed prior to an event we ask you coordinate with our office a time when there is equipment setup. We want to ensure there is a thorough coverage of the event area. If there is not a time we can coordinate we can set up a spray to be completed while there is equipment setup.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: What if rain has been forecasted for the day of my treatment?
A: We do not spray any treatments during any type of precipitation. If there is rain predicted for the day of your treatment, you will be contacted to reschedule.
Q: What happens if it rains after the treatment has been applied?
A: As long as the treatment has had an hour to dry to the elements nothing will be affected.
Q: Is there any specific things I should do the day my yard is to be sprayed?
A: Yes, when we come you must close your windows and turn off your air conditioning. If you have pets please bring them indoors and if there are any toys in the yard please move them to a safe area. We want to make sure the spray does not drift onto anything other than the desired treatment areas.
